Devon Hill has been helping individuals and families navigate their insurance needs since 2001. After spending two decades building her expertise in the industry, she became an agency owner in 2021, fulfilling a dream that began with a leap of faith and a determination to create something of her own.

Today, Devon proudly serves her community with more than 2,500 policies in force, providing personalized guidance and building lasting relationships with the clients who trust her to protect what matters most.

Her journey into insurance wasn’t a traditional one. As a single mom working security and as a bouncer, she found herself facing an unexpected layoff. What started as an interview she almost didn’t take quickly turned into a lifelong career. After losing her first opportunity before her official start date, Devon refused to give up. She picked up the phone book, called independent agencies one by one, landed another interview, and the rest is history. More than two decades later, her name is proudly on the front door of her own agency.

Outside of work, Devon loves attending concerts, relaxing at the beach, and grabbing pizza from MiBoyz. Friends and family know that if “Love Shack” or “Respect” starts playing, there’s a good chance she’ll be singing and dancing alongside her sister, continuing a tradition they’ve shared since childhood that’s filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories.
